The Westin Grand Frankfurt Hotel Frankfurt am Main

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the river area and shops. It was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The common areas of the hotel were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast offered by the hotel was surprisingly good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the room service at the hotel was quite pricey and the quality of the food was only average.

Great location for shopping, easy access to public transportation and lots of nearby restaurants. Comfortable and spacious rooms with well-functioning air-conditioning. Friendly and efficient staff. Attractive lobby with free iced water infused with fresh fruit.

Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, situated in the heart of the city center and close to the train station. The hotel is just a short stroll away from a bustling shopping district and there are plenty of restaurants nearby offering a variety of cuisines. The room was spacious and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.

I did experience some difficulties with the fitness facilities. The machines were not properly maintained and some were out of order.

We had a fantastic stay at a grand hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring and we were impressed by the lobby atmosphere. Our suite had an excellent audiovisual system, made our stay even better. The staff were also very hospitable and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.

the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also pleasant additions. the restaurant's in-room breakfast was delicious and exclusive facilities exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel was amazing, within walking distance to shopping and the Christmas markets. The hotel also had excellent access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The club lounge was a great perk, offering a good selection for breakfast and light dinners. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Jonathon on the concierge desk. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere and the rooms werenice and neat.

It is also situated on the main street, where the tram line runs, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout. The lobby is impressive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. there are plenty of dining options nearby, offering a wide range of choices.

There were some inconsistencies with the air conditioning, which made the room too hot for a comfortable sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful room was spacious, quiet, and well air-conditioned. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large. The staff treated us well and the location was convenient, close to the metro station and shopping centers. The hotel facilities were excellent, with an attractive lobby and an excellent audiovisual system in our suite. The breakfast was satisfactory, although we found better options at cafes nearby. We also appreciated the iced water with fresh fruit slices in the lobby.
